About Emma
I know what it's like to feel capable and lost at the same time.
And I know how rarely that gets talked about.
How I got here
For most of my adult life, I was good at things. Really good. I built a career, showed up for everyone who needed me — and I did it well. From the outside, it looked like a full life. From the inside, I was quietly exhausted and had no idea how to say that without sounding ungrateful.
The turning point wasn't dramatic. There was no single moment, no crisis, no rock bottom. It was more like a slow accumulation of mornings where I woke up and thought: is this it? Not in a despairing way. More like a genuine question I'd been avoiding for years.
I started paying attention to that question instead of pushing it away. I started listening to the parts of myself I'd been too busy to hear. And slowly — not all at once, not in a straight line — things started to shift.
That process changed me. And it made me want to create a space for other women going through the same thing.
What I believe
You're not starting over. You're starting from here.
Everything you've lived through is still with you — the experience, the resilience, the hard-won self-knowledge. Reinvention isn't about erasing the past. It's about deciding what comes next.
Confusion is not a character flaw.
Not knowing what you want — or knowing but not trusting it — doesn't mean something is wrong with you. It means you're at a turning point. Those are actually interesting places to be.
Self-trust is a skill, not a personality trait.
Some people seem to move through the world with quiet confidence. But that confidence is built, not born. It comes from practice — from making small decisions and honoring them, over and over.
You don't need permission.
Not from your family, your past, your inner critic, or anyone else. The life you want to build is yours to build. I'm here to help you figure out what that actually looks like.
How I work
No frameworks. No homework. Just honest conversation.
I'm not a therapist, and this isn't therapy. I'm also not a life coach with a twelve-step program and a workbook full of exercises. What I offer is something simpler: a space to think out loud with someone who's been there and who genuinely believes you already have most of the answers.
My sessions are one hour. We talk. I ask questions. You hear yourself differently. Sometimes that's all it takes to get unstuck.
Ready to have that conversation?
